Recent advances in linear accelerators and image-guided techniques have resulted in a paradigm shift from conventional fractionation radiotherapy (CFRT) to high-dose fractionation radiotherapy (HFRT). This shift helps to reveal the varying effects on the tumor microenvironment and immune responses.
