Dry eye disease (DED) is the most typical complication and needs to be addressed promptly. Artificial tear products (ATPs) are the gold standard for postoperative DED management. ATP-containing polyethylene glycol (PEG), propylene glycol (PG), and hyaluronic acid (HA) provide multiple benefits to these patients.
