A 41-year-old man with hypertension, type 2 diabetes, and end-stage renal disease on hemodialysis presented with acute right testicular pain. He had elevated white blood cell count and tested positive for SARS-CoV-2. Scrotal Doppler ultrasound showed serpentine calcifications bilaterally within the testes, and no detectable arterial blood flow in the right testis.
